Our SC Modern is one of Roswell’s most representative single coil pickups. It’s a high output true single-coil with more sustain, fullness, and output with the treble response still intact. The staggered Alnico 5 pole pieces are a stronger and deeper magnetic field.
Extra coil windings provide extra power making this pickup great for heavier music styles. They are wound with 42 AWG poly coated wire, resulting in tones that are brighter and more edgy. We recommend it for country, pop, blues, classic rock and heavy rock.
